Included with the CrockPot is a bonus Little Dipper, a miniature 1-1/2-cup electric pot that heats and holds dips and fondues at serving temperature. An attached 25-inch cord allows just enough reach for setting the pot on a counter or buffet. The dipper features a plastic lid but not a removable crock, so the pot needs to be washed out by hand without submerging in water. The larger CrockPot, which measures 7 by 14 by 12 inches with a 40-inch power cord, is topped by a dishwasher-safe glass lid, which sends moisture back into the pot while at the same time allows contents to be viewed. The loop-style lid knob and sure-grip handles are heat resistant and easy to grasp. The set is covered by a one-year warranty. --Ann Bieri
