I purchased this rice cooker as a wedding gift for my best friend, who mentioned she was using her daughter's rice cooker. I asked her how she liked it. She said it makes perfect rice. I love the cheery red color, which was what I wanted, something different from the usual black or white. She tends to have large gatherings, so this 16 cup rice cooker fits the bill, perfectly. It was a good price too, from a well known company. Would purchase again. To me, it's a perfect wedding gift.
